Create a "Food Addiction Profile"

After admitting one’s food addiction, the next necessary step will be to take complete stock, an inventory if you will, of your food addiction. I call this the “profile” of food addiction and it’s unique to each and every individual addict. Developing my “profile” has helped me immensely and has been a major influence behind me developing the “9 Principles of Overcoming Food Addiction”.
